New Client: Initial Consultation & Follow-Up ($225)
Your initial consultation is a dedicated 60–90 minute Zoom session designed to fully understand you and your health story. During this time, we’ll thoughtfully explore your current concerns, health history, past patterns, present symptoms, and your goals for the future. This personalized conversation allows us to look at the whole picture—not just isolated symptoms—so your care plan is rooted in clarity and intention.
Within a few days, you’ll receive a brief 15-minute follow-up visit where I’ll share your personalized recommendations. This session provides clear guidance, answers any immediate questions, and helps you move forward with confidence and direction.
Your Initial Consultation also includes a comprehensive follow-up approximately eight weeks later. In this in-depth session, we’ll assess what has shifted, celebrate your progress, and thoughtfully outline the next steps to support your continued momentum toward lasting health and freedom.

Continue Your Healing: Follow-Up Consultation ($155)
This session is for clients who have completed their initial consultation and first follow-up. We’ll review your progress, assess any changes, and adjust your plan to support continued healing. Follow-ups are typically spaced about eight weeks apart, with recommendations tailored to your unique journey.
